3. Account Responsibilities

As a registered 4xbet user, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Specifically:

• You must keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential at all times. You must not share your account details with any third party.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. 4xbet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where an obvious error in odds has occurred (see below).

• Bonuses are awarded at 4xbet's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 4xbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without human oversight.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional terms, or defraud 4xbet or other users.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with 4xbet.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour towards 4xbet staff or other users via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

• The account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory inquiry, or court order.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 (Eligibility & Registration).

Any PKR balance remaining in a closed account — net of any outstanding bonus obligations — will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of closure confirmation.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

In the event of a dispute between you and 4xbet, you should first contact 4xbet's support team to seek an informal resolution. 4xbet will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of you notifying 4xbet, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate legal channels available in Pakistan.

4xbet's decision on the settlement of bets and game outcomes is final and binding. Disputes relating to the outcome of a specific bet or game must be raised with 4xbet within 7 calendar days of the relevant event's settlement.

14. Amendments to These Terms

4xbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 4xbet will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 4xbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
